By using the KingShot Bot ("service") website and software, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

KingShot Bot is an automation software developed for the KingShot mobile game. This software is independently developed and has no official affiliation with the game's publisher.

2. License

The license you purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or transferring your license key to others is strictly prohibited. If this is detected, the license will be immediately revoked with no refund.

3. Usage Rules

• You may only use the software on your personal game account.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing the software is prohibited.
• Using the software in a way that harms others is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

While KingShot Bot uses an advanced anti-detection system, it does not guarantee that your game account will not be banned. We accept no responsibility for any damage to your game account. You use the software at your own risk.

5. Service Changes

KingShot Bot reserves the right to change prices, features, or terms of service without prior notice. Important changes will be communicated to your registered email address.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data Collected

• Email address: For license key delivery and support communication.
• Payment information: Payments are processed by Gumroad. Your card details are not stored on our site.
• License key: To manage your subscription.

2. Data Usage

The data we collect is used solely for service delivery, license management, and customer support. Your data is not shared with third parties (except the payment processor and email service provider).

3. Third-Party Services

• Gumroad: Payment processing. Visit gumroad.com for Gumroad's privacy policy.
• Supabase: Database and infrastructure. Stored in EU data centers.
• Resend: Email delivery.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you request deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

5. Cookies

Our site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Refund Policy

Free Trial

Monthly and Yearly plans come with a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

Refund Conditions

A refund will be issued in the following cases:

• The software does not work on a supported system
• Our technical support team was unable to resolve the issue

Refund Process

Send your refund request to kingshot.oto.helper@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
